The fully loaded kitchen has high end appliances including a Bosch 6 top gas cooktop, dishwasher, Keurig/Breville coffee maker and everything you need to cook that memorable vacation meal. Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the feature, floor to ceiling gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the smart TV with all your favorite streaming services. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious Master bedroom complete with King bed, private gas fireplace, TV and sitting area. The master is completed with a large ensuite bathroom complete with soaker tub , double sink and shower. Upper level 2nd bedroom features two Queen beds and ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom is on ground level with a King bed along and then there’s a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway. Other things to note PARKING Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just across the street from this home. CANCELLATION POLICY - Firm Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund of nightly rate up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. 1. Our house manager is available 24/7 by email or phone and has on-site staff located within the neighborhood available to help ensure all guests are happy and conferrable with there accommodation. 1. You will have BREATHTAKING VIEWS of both Blackcomb and Whistler Ski Mountains. Within a 5-minute walk, you will be at the north end of Whistler Village and in the heart of Whistler’s Olympic Park where the 2010 Olympic award ceremonies took place. This special park is now used for a variety of local activities and concerts for people of all ages. All of the above is within walking distance from your door including an abundance of shopping and a variety of nightlife options, while skiing is a one to two minute ride by shuttle or taxi. 1.
